Seline Loye
Seline was one of the founders of Giggles Early Years. She has been part of the team since opening. Seline is the Officer in Charge of the setting. Seline is responsible for the day to day management of Giggles with 17 Years’ Experience in the Early Years Sector. Seline is the Designated Child Protection Officer in Giggles. Seline has a passion for child centred Early Childhood Education.
All three of Seline and Francis’ children; Ollie, Lucy and Jack currently attend Giggles After School after availing from early childhood education in Giggles.

Francis Loye
Francis has 17 years’ experience working in Education. Francis has a Master’s in Education Leadership. He has a passion for recognising the role the sector plays in Early Childhood Education, as a driver to economic development as well as raising the value of the Early Education Childhood workforce.
Francis takes the strategic lead within Giggles and is currently the Chair of the Early Years Daycare forum and was invited by the Education Minister to be a member of the Stakeholder Engagement Forum on the development of an Executive Childcare Strategy. He was part of the Northern Ireland Covid Advisory group and is also a member of the Southern Trust Early Years Forum.

Sarah O’ Sullivan
Sarah has been a member of the Team since 2016. Sarah has a degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently studying a Masters in Pastoral Care. Sarah is our Pre school Leader and led the Pre school Team to an “Outstanding” ETI inspection in 2018. Sarah availed of a recent professional development experience where she attended Reggio in Italy to learn about their Reggio Inspired practice and has used this knowledge to enhance our practice in Giggles Early Years.
Sarah has also taken on a lead role in our international accreditations which include our All Ireland Centre of Excellence Award and the Curiosity accreditation. All Sarah’s children have attended Giggles and her youngest child Keegan is currently in our Baby room. Sarah provides support to the setting on curriculum development and observations and interactions.

Fiona McGirr
Fiona has been a member of Giggles Early Years since 2015. Initially joining as an Early Years practitioner, Fiona has availed of ongoing professional development opportunities, has completed her Level 5 in Early Childhood Education and is now Giggles Operations Manager as well as our Deputy Officer in Charge.
Fiona coordinates parental enquiries and enrolment in the settings, she is also responsible for overseeing parental fees and issues monthly invoices. Fiona’s son, Daire is in our Toddler room.

Julie Devlin
Julie is one of our longest serving employees having joined Giggles in 2007. Initially joining as an Early Years Practitioner Julie has availed of ongoing professional development opportunities, has completed her Level 5 in Early Childhood Education and is now one of our Deputy Officer in Charge as well as Deputy Child Protection Officer.
Julie takes a lead role supporting practitioners in our setting and in Newry Early Years After School provision. Julie’s Son Peter Ray is currently in our Toddler room.
